Does a higher SPF mean more sunburn protection?
Yes, it does. SPF (Sun Protection Factor) measures how much longer you can stay in the sun before getting burned than without a sunscreen. That means that you can stay out in the sun 15 times longer with an SPF 15 than you could without. However, SPF only refers to the amount of protection you get from UVB rays . It doesn't measure UVA rays. While UVB rays are mostly responsible for the burning and UVA rays are mostly responsible for the signs of aging, both UVA and UVB rays have been linked to skin cancer. Be sure to use a sunscreen that provides broad or full spectrum (UVA and UVB) protection against the damaging sun's rays. Why is it bad to pop a pimple?
Your fingers are not surgical instruments! Popping pimples can spread bacteria and oil and can leave long-lasting scars. If that doesn't dissuade you enough, popping a pimple won't give you that quick fix you're looking for -- the entire area appears irritated and won't hold concealer the way dry skin does. Stick with spot treatments that target the entire blemish area with the most potent formulas. Check out good skin all right spot treatment or all right portable anti-acne swabs.

Why do I need a moisturizer with SPF when I spend most of my time indoors?
The truth is, you are getting more incidental sun exposure than you think - in your car, through an office window, and of course, when outside. Dermatologists recommend that you wear at least an SPF 15 at all times, in order to help effectively protect your skin from aging UVA and burning UVB rays. All of the good skin basic care moisturizers have SPF 15 - soft skin moisture cream, perfect balance moisture lotion and clean skin oil-free lotion. When you can't avoid spending significant amounts of time in the sun, such as when you're at the beach, try all right oil-free sunscreen spf 30 or all calm gentle sunscreen spf 25.

Do I really need to use a separate eye cream, or will my everyday moisturizer do?
The skin around the eyes is more fragile than that of the face, and therefore requires more delicate formulas specifically targeted for the area. And since the negative effects of time and environmental exposure tend to show up in the eye area first, people of all ages can benefit from a daily routine. From fine lines and wrinkles to dark circles and puffiness, start preventing and disguising now. Try good skin smoothing lifting eye cream and instant lightening eye cream.
